Why 10 Players?
Standard slow-pitch softball commonly fields 10 defensive players at a time. RCO team registration therefore starts with a full 10-player field, with a maximum roster of 10 players per house.
Final game format, defensive alignment, eligibility, and substitution rules can be set in the official RCO tournament rulebook.
Win the HOUSE vs. HOUSE Championship and $2,000 goes to your house.

The First RCO Event
For now, RCO is focused on one event: the October softball tournament in Dickson. The field is being built around sober living homes, recovery residences, treatment/recovery programs, alumni groups, and community recovery organizations in Dickson and the surrounding area.
The goal is an 8–12 team field, with the first 12 confirmed organizations taking the available tournament slots.
